This Limited Private Reserve “Molto Denissimo” which translates to “Extra Dense” is made in Modena, Italy. It’s comprised of Trebbiano grape must which is naturally caramelized in copper kettles as it cooks down extensively and loses most of its initial volume. It’s then slowly aged in the traditional “Batteria” of Modena. Our exclusive “Denissimo” contains less than 1% barrel aged Italian red wine vinegar for pro-biotic effect, and is decanted into five different casks during the aging process including mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood. This exquisite and exceedingly limited batch certified 1.36+ density balsamic is extraordinarily complex, boasting flavor notes of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, along with hints of dark chocolate and malt.
